WINIcabs is pleased to welcome you to the WINIcabs Driver App and the WINIcabs ecosystem. WINIcabs is a collaborative automated dispatch system offering the taxi industry the same technology as the rideshares. The WINIcabs ecosystem in each community in which it is available, offers a network of partners, customers, marketing campaigns, public relations and influencers. We look forward to working together, with you, to bolster the taxi industry and provide the best, safest, cleanest, most timely and most efficient service to the customer.

The following takes you through the step-by-step process to register with WINIcabs and to understand the requirements of using the WINIcabs Driver App:

STEP 1

Read the WINIcabs Guiding Principles. You must, at all times, adhere to these principles to maintain the level of customer service required by WINIcabs. When you register with WINIcabs, you are agreeing to the WINIcabs Guiding Principles

STEP 2

Read the WINIcabs Terms and Conditions. When you register with WINIcabs, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

STEP 3

Register with WINIcabs by completing this Registration Form. A WINIcabs representative will contact you immediately to verify your identity and register you in the system.

STEP 4

Download the WINIcabs Driver App on the Google Play Store for your Android device or on the Apple Store for your iOS device. Search for WINI Driver.

Note: If you want to download the customer app, search for WINIcabs in the stores

STEP 5

Look for an email from WINIcabs that provides you with a link to Stripe which is the payment processor that allows customers to pay in-app. You must complete the registration directly with stripe to complete your signup with WINIcabs and to receive your payments. WINIcabs does not manage or handle your financial information. That is done securely with Stripe. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder, as it may have ended up there.
